Relive the glamour of old Hollywood at this year’s most fashionable New Year’s Eve Celebration yet! At this spectacular event you can dance the night away to the live sounds of the Big Band Connection; indulge your senses with a fabulous meal prepared especially for the evening; and toast the New Year with complimentary champagne at midnight. Step out onto our red carpet and see what everyone will be talking about in 2009!
Your evening includes a gourmet four course meal, complimentary champagne toast at midnight and dancing to the live sounds of the Big Band Connection.

Seating for dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Seating assignments will be made according to the name on the room reservation.

Only New Year’s Eve package guests will be allowed into the El Tovar Dining Room and Lounge areas on New Year’s Eve between 7:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.

It is expected that party participants will dress appropriately. Please no jeans, T-shirts or other casual wear.

The El Tovar New Year’s Eve Party is available to only those guests staying at El Tovar and Kachina Lodge.

Packages for children at a lower price are not available.
The New Year’s Eve package price is $140 per person. Room reservations are not included but are required to attend this event.
