Thunderbird Room
Located upstairs in the Thunderbird Lodge on the South Rim and catered by the El Tovar Kitchen, this is a comfortable room with a wet-bar, barbecue, fireplace and balcony overlooking the rim of the canyon. The room is approximately 1170 square feet.

Kiva Room
Located downstairs in the Thunderbird Lodge on the South Rim and catered by the El Tovar Kitchen. This banquet room is approximately 780 square feet and boasts a fireplace, private exit to the rim trail and an exquisite view of the canyon.

Kachina Room
Located downstairs in the Kachina Lodge on the South Rim and catered by the El Tovar Kitchen. This room is predominantly used for employee training, but is also offered as a private meeting room for smaller groups. The room is approximately 600 square feet.

Shoshone Point
Shoshone Point is a remote rim overlook at the Grand Canyon and is available for rental by permit through the National Park Service. Call 928.638.7761 or 7775. The El Tovar Kitchen will cater receptions or sit-down meals to Shoshone Point. Amenities include barbeques, fire pit, picnic tables, outdoor facilities, and of course an Exquisite view of the canyon. Private transportation to this remote location can be provided, call 928.638.9350 for further information and pricing.
Maswik Cafeteria
Generally used by tour groups during the day, this area is ideal for large private parties or tour groups beginning after 5:00 p.m. Groups requiring special set-up will begin later than 5:00 p.m. Any menu can be easily accommodated. Full service bar available until 11:00 p.m. The maximum capacity for this area is 200 people. Ample space for DJ, 9:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m. only, and dance floor.
Yavapai Cafeteria
Located in Market Plaza (in close proximity to the General Store). This area is generally used by larger tour groups that require sit-down service from a cafeteria menu. The maximum capacity for this area is 120 people.
