Room Guidelines & Policies
Your groups will appreciate the convenience of staying at the only lodging inside the park at the South Rim.
To qualify as a group you must have 10 or more fully paid rooms. Weddings, family reunions and meetings with 10 rooms or more are restricted to primarily off-season, November 1 - March 15.
Rooming Lists
A typed rooming list is required 14 days prior to each scheduled arrival. A room count is due 30 days prior.
Porterage
$4 per person roundtrip.
Payment Policy
All groups must be pre-paid unless direct billing has been approved. 10% deposit is due 6 months prior to each arrival. A 50% deposit is due 3 months in advance of arrival, with the balance of payment due 30 days prior.
Cancellations
A full refund will be issued for all groups cancelled at least 30 days prior to each arrival. The cancellation must be in written form. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
Complimentary Room Policy
One (1) room is complimentary after 20 fully paid rooms. We extend a 50% room rate for motorcoach drivers only, after 10 fully paid rooms (not included as a fully paid room). Excludes El Tovar Hotel, Bright Angel Lodge, and Kachina and Thunderbird Lodges.
