Shipping Methods
Below is our Standard and Canada shipping rates for United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority shipments. Our preferred shipping method is UPS.
Please note: Extra heavy or bulky items may be considered oversized by our shipping carriers and a surcharge may apply. All of our extra heavy and bulky items are marked Oversized Item on their item detail page. The rates below do not include this surcharge. At checkout the rate will reflect the table below; however, before we process your order we will e-mail you with the new order detail showing the correct shipping charge.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping: 8-10 Business Days (plus availability time*).
Estimated delivery time for shipping to Canada: 12 – 20 Days (plus availability time*).
Two-Day Shipping:
Two-day shipping is not currently an option on our Web site. If you would like a shipping option other than our standard shipping please contact us at 928-638-2857, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (MST) Monday – Friday.
Oversized Shipping
Extra heavy or bulky items may be considered oversized by our shipping carriers and a surcharge may apply. All of our oversized/bulky items are marked Oversized Item on their item detail page. Shipping surcharges are applied in addition to regular shipping fees after you have submitted your order. We will make the adjustment to the shipping charge prior to processing your order and send you a new order detail via e-mail.
Shipping Restrictions:
Products can be shipped to all 50 states and Canada; however, there are a few restrictions:- We cannot ship overseas, nor do we ship to U.S. Protectorates, Guam or the Virgin Islands.
- Two-day shipping is available only in the continental 48 states.
- Please add 5 – 7 days for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
- All orders sent in the United States are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). If a post office box is provided as the shipping address your package will then be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For packages sent through the postal service please add 3 – 5 days estimated delivery time.
- Two-day shipping is not available for PO Boxes.
Shipping Comments
Please leave any shipping comments in the Comments field on the Payment Method screen of the shopping cart. Please use this field if you need a package to be signed for or left in a certain place.
*Availability time – While we normally maintain a sufficient level of inventory of items in our retail distribution center there are rare occasions when the distribution center is out of stock. If this occurs, it requires us to have the product shipped from one of our gift stores in the park which will add a couple of days to the estimated delivery time.
