Harvey House Café, located at Bright Angel Lodge, is a casual family-friendly restaurant featuring healthy diner-style  fare prepared in the Harvey House tradition. The restaurant décor features the signature colors of Mary Jane Colter within the vibrant window-transom panes, accented by stout log columns with colorful mosaics.  The setting characterizes the nostalgic and trendsetting culinary facets of the Fred Harvey dining era.

Hours of Operation

Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch/Snack: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Fred Harvey Tavern

The Fred Harvey Tavern is a cozy little western hide-a-way located near the top of Bright Angel Trail Head. Stop in after a hike to cool down and fuel up, with a cold beer and order of wings. The décor highlights historic murals and Native American scenes. Folk musicians and western singers entertain seasonally, providing a taste of the local culture. The Fred Harvey Tavern is a non-smoking facility.

    • Last call for food is 9:00 p.m.
  • Dress code is casual
