The offer is not valid for Fishing Bridge RV Park. You must show your pass at check-in to receive the discount on your site only. Otherwise you will be charged the prevailing standard rate. If you are interested in bringing a tour group or simply bringing together an informal group of friends or family, Grand Canyon National Park Lodges offers both facilities and services for groups. Our clean and comfortable lodging ranges from historical suites and cabins, to modern motel rooms.
Group Lodging Services
Conveniently located a short distance from the South Rim, Maswik Lodge is ideal for group and FIT guests. Thunderbird and Kachina Lodges, located on the rim, also offer limited availability for groups. To qualify as a group you must have 10 or more fully paid rooms per night. Please keep in mind that group availability is seasonal.

Our extensive banquet menu offers selections sure to suit any group’s needs and our sales, catering and banquet staff works closely with you to ensure a quality dining experience for your group.
Grand Canyon Railway Group Tour Services

Group Lodging Guidelines & Policies
Your groups will appreciate the convenience of staying at the only lodging inside the park at the South Rim. To qualify as a group you must have 10 or more fully paid rooms. Weddings, family reunions and meetings with 10 rooms or more are restricted to primarily off-season, November 1 – March 15.
A typed rooming list is required 14 days prior to each scheduled arrival. A room count is due 30 days prior.
$4 per person roundtrip.
All groups must be pre-paid unless direct billing has been approved. A 50% deposit is due 3 months in advance of arrival, with the balance of payment due 30 days prior.
A full refund will be issued for all groups cancelled at least 30 days prior to each arrival. The cancellation must be in written form. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
